The slipway at Cape Cornwall is sheltered from the Northerly winds
and has been used by local fishermen for hundreds of years.

Even today you can see full time fishermen landing their catch in the cove.

Warmed by the waters of the Gulf Stream, the area supports a rich abundance of exotic flora and fauna.

This, in conjunction with the deep blue of the ocean, give the Cape a distinctly tropical dimension.

The entire Cape Cornwall coastline forms part of the Heritage Coast, totally unspoilt, ideal for walking, exploring or just enjoying.
